1. If the order is shipped to Macao, HongKong, or Taiwan:

· Q: Why do I need to charge for shipping even if my order is over the shipping limition?

  A: If your order is a mixed order (purchase of non-food/electrical/food, any 2 or more products), the postage is calculated separately due to the logistics shipping conditions that require delivery from different place, it needs to fulfill the package shipping conditions for different categories.

· Q: What should I do if the product is not shipped for a long time / the logistics has not been updated for a long time / the specified logistics time limit is exceeded?

· Q: What should I do if the purchased food expires?

  A: Due to the courier transportation restrictions, our food can only be shipped by Express Mail Service. The China section is undertaken by EMS, and the US section is undertaken by the United States Postal Service. The overall logistics is indeed slower than business express. Normally, the time limit for direct shipment from China to the United States is within 20 business days.
