1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, full name, and the best email
address to contact to put in a return request.
2. Tell us the products you wish to return or exchange from your order. We will
process your request in 2-3 business days and send you a prepaid shipping
3. Print your prepaid shipping label, which you will receive by email.
4. Send all items you wish to return back to us using the label provided.
● If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged, we’ll either:
○ Replace the product or issue a refund.
○ Send you replacement parts or accessories for the product in question.
● We’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping.
● If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.
The following items are non-returnable, and we offer no refunds:

● Case packs/bulk items: We will not accept partial case packs. You must return
the product in the original shipping packaging, with all individual items unopened.
● Memory foam pillows/mattresses opened or taken out of their plastic wrap
● Swimwear that has been worn, used or has tags/liners removed
● Wine and perishable products (food items)
● Specially labeled designer apparel, handbags, and accessories once security
tags are removed
● Other select items, as noted on the product description page
